2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

Stacked Firewood Co aims to provide reliable, white-glove delivery. To ensure fairness and efficiency, please review the following policies:

Booking Policy

  • Delivery is booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Accessible routes and clear stacking areas are required.

  • Full payment is required to reserve a delivery slot.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • 48+ Hours Before Delivery: Full refund

  • Under 48 Hours: 25% cancellation fee

  • Same-Day Cancel or No-Show: 50% fee and reschedule requires new payment

 

Rescheduling

  • Free if done 48+ hours in advance

  • $25 fee if within 48 hours, based on availability

 

Weather Delays

We may postpone deliveries due to unsafe conditions. No fees apply for weather-related rescheduling.

  • 25% fee if canceled under 48 hours

  • 50% fee for same-day cancellations or no-shows

 

Refunds for Product Concerns

  • Contact us within 24 hours if you believe your firewood quality is unsatisfactory.

  • We may offer replacement wood, partial refund, discount, or another remedy depending on the issue.

  • Firewood that has been burned, mixed, or altered cannot be refunded.

 

Non-Refundable Items

  • Travel/delivery fees once a delivery attempt has been made

  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage
