Firewood Pickup Policy Stacked Firewood Co – On-Site Pickup Last Updated: 4/28/2026 Stacked Firewood Co offers convenient on-site pickup for customers who prefer to collect their firewood directly. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a safe and efficient experience. 1. Pickup Hours & Scheduling Pickup is available by appointment only unless otherwise stated. Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or via email. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability and minimize wait time. 2. Payment Policy Full payment is required prior to or at the time of pickup. We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and digital payments. Prepaid orders will be prepared ahead of your scheduled pickup time when possible. 3. Arrival & Check-In Upon arrival, please check in as directed (signage, phone call, or message). For safety and efficiency, please remain in your vehicle unless instructed otherwise. Our team will direct you to the designated loading area. 4. Loading Policy Assisted Loading: We may assist with loading at our discretion. Self-Loading: Customers choosing to load their own firewood do so at their own risk. Please bring an appropriate vehicle and be prepared with tarps, straps, or containers as needed. 5. Vehicle Requirements Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is suitable for the quantity of firewood purchased. Stacked Firewood Co is not responsible for: Damage to vehicles during loading Overloading or improperly secured loads It is the customer’s responsibility to safely secure all firewood before leaving the property. 6. Safety Guidelines For the safety of all visitors: Children must remain supervised at all times. Pets should remain in vehicles. Please follow all posted signs and staff instructions. Be aware of uneven ground, wood debris, and active work areas. 7. Order Accuracy & Quality Please confirm your order before leaving the property. Any concerns regarding quantity or quality must be reported before departure. Once firewood leaves the premises, we cannot guarantee condition or accept responsibility for changes due to transport or storage. 8. Liability Waiver: By picking up firewood from Stacked Firewood Co, you acknowledge and accept: -The inherent risks associated with lifting, loading, and transporting firewood -Responsibility for your personal safety and vehicle condition -That Stacked Firewood Co is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during pickup or transport
