Service Description
Price includes 8 Cubic feet (approximately 16" splits), Delivered *additional fee may apply* and stacked. Stacked mixed hard wood consists of Ash, Beech, Birch and or Maple. Mixed hard wood is great for a longer lasting ambient fire in or outdoors. Let us do the heavy lifting and organize your firewood neatly and efficiently. Our stacking service is perfect for anyone looking to have their firewood arranged safely and accessibly. We can stack indoors or outdoors.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: Scheduling Your Delivery Book your delivery online, by phone, or by email. All appointments are first-come, first-served. You will receive a confirmation message with your delivery rate, date and time window. Delivery Requirements: Please ensure the delivery location is accessible (driveway cleared, gates unlocked, pets secured). Stacking areas must be cleared and ready if stacking is included. Stacked Firewood Co is not responsible for moving personal belongings to create space. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your delivery. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and digital payments. Any additional services requested at delivery must be paid before completion. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Cancellations (48+ Hours Before Delivery) Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled delivery receive a full refund. Cancellations (Under 48 Hours): Cancellations made within 48 hours of your delivery are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Same-Day Cancellation / No-Show: Same-day cancellations or failure to be available during the delivery window result in a 50% service fee. A new booking and payment will be required to reschedule. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is free 48 hours or more before your delivery. Rescheduling within 48 hours may incur a $25 rescheduling fee, subject to availability. Weather & Safety Delays: If unsafe weather or road conditions arise, Stacked Firewood Co may reschedule your delivery for safety reasons. You will be notified promptly, and no fees will be applied for weather-related delays. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: If there is an issue with your firewood or delivery, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority.
